This place is a pig pen. The workers are obviously unhappy because you can see it in their faces and hear it in their voices. When I asked who the manager was and it just happened to be the guy at the register with one of the worst attitudes I have ever met in the food service. Not a single garbage can was empty. The floor was filthy and you could tell it had not been swept in a long time. If the people could not care about the business or its appearance, I can only imagine what is going on in the back ground where we can not see what is going on. This place needs a health inspector and a complete employee removal up to the manager.

Had the thin bagel with a shmear of cream cheese. It was delicious. They have so many different kinds of bagels and a great choice of cream cheese toppings. I always order a bagel and cream cheese. The bagels are so fresh tasting. Someday I'll try their sandwiches. They always look delicious.

Wow what an awful experience! We walked in and as expected for a Sunday morning there was a line out the door. Their process- one person taking the order/ filling up bagel orders, one woman(the manager) taking people's payments which was all she was doing (well sipping her coffee during customers), one gentleman Making the food, one guy taking 30 minutes to fill an ice machine and one last employee sitting in the dining area watching this all go down. It took us 20 minutes to order our food, they were out of a ton of things so orders had to be adjusted. Once we went to pay the manager , whose only job was to take payment ,walked away!!! The store was messy and the employees had no sense of urgency. The poor couple behind us just wanted coffee and waited on that long line and was told they just had to go straight to the cashier? Really? This experience honestly tainted my view of Einstein's and how they run their stores. The food was good but at this point it really didn't matter.

I've been upset with Einstein Bagels for a while now for discontinuing their Cool-Cap Iced Coffee. This was my go-to drink when I was craving something sweet. After an entire morning of errands, without breakfast - not even coffee - I stopped here. I got a bagel egg sandwich (with spinach, mushrooms & Swiss cheese) which wasn't bad but not great either but, who cares about that? Here's why I'm writing this... when I was about to pay I see the cookie tray, a chocolate one caught my attention. This one is called the Mudslide Cookie. OMG this is amazing! It's a cross between brownie & cookie in one. Soft center with perfect edges, I'm telling you it's heaven for chocolate lovers. You have to try it! For this cookie I forgive Einstein Bagels for the Cool-Cap incident, oh and the employee that took my order was good too. 3 stars as an overall but 5 stars for the cookie!

30 minutes to get a couple cups of coffee... The line was to the door at noon on Sunday during "season" and this establishment failed at being fluid and efficient in every regard. We will NOT be returning to that location. 2 stars for the coffee being good though!

Its decent enough if you want a fast food bagel type of selection since you're in Boca there's a lot more to choose from but I was in a rush so I got this they were a little cheap with the capers could have used more lox but again for a fast food chain it's ok

I am giving this place 5 ***** because I feel that you must take all things into consideration when reviewing a place. This location is extremely busy. When I came in no one was there to take my order for like 30 seconds which gave me time to pick what I wanted. I ordered, paid and got my food within 4 minutes. There was paper on the floor under a table that had guests seated there. Immediately when they finished the manager himself grabbed the 4 crumbled napkins from the floor. I'm a bit disappointed that people throw their trash on the floor. It would be nice to see cooperation in keeping a place clean. Food was good and I got a choice of side banana, chips or potato salad. I got the banana. The sandwich was hot, cooked well and tasty not my favorite and it was my first time trying this but I must say this place is really busy. It's hard to keep up refilling coffees and keeping it clean. They do a good job.

As others have noted this location needs to expend more effort on cleaning up the front. Gee, it gets one wondering how dirty the back might be. The price has stayed flat, BUT the size of the bagels has been drastically reduced on the last few buckets. I don't know if this is a system-wide corporate edict or an individual location cost-cutting move. Caveat emptor.

The coffee was hot and seemed fresh. Garbage cans running over. Coffee area messy and nasty. Tables dirty and trash on them. Staff was arguing behind the counter when they could have been cleaning the dining area. The guy taking our order was speaking rudely about the customer in front of us...loud enough everyone could hear.

FL Bagels- tough to review for a NYer, knowing nothing can beat a true NY bagel and Florida precludes good bread...but I can say the bagels, although bready, were not disgusting. The whole place is so corporate, though...the strawberry lemonade is mostly corn syrup, the tea is Liptonesque and over percolated, and, worst of all, the lox were skimpy and bland. Really, the most bland I've ever tasted, by far...like washed down with a firehose bland. There was no oil in them, no color left on them, no taste to be had from them. That's not a FL water issue, that's just corporate buying power mixed with short-cuts. The sides are skimpy, too, and not worth the $1 up-charge. As others have noted, the tables were not really clean, and the garbage situation was ludicrous (a pail with a grill over it to keep out the baskets, but an inadequate chute through which you have to stuff your refuse...just an idiotic system). Oh, and they forgot our pickles. THEY FORGOT OUR PICKLES. Floridiots.

I have come here multiple times because it is close to my work. It seems like I consistently get poor service at this location while when I try other locations close to home I get better service. The following have happened on different occasions at this location: 1.ordered a mocha coffee and left before tasting because it was too hot - was half way down the street before I realized there was no mocha flavoring/syrup in the coffee :( drove back and had to ask them to correct it. 2. got a coupon to try a free bagel hotdog - sounded like a great idea until I got there and found out it was cold! I personally am not a fan of cold hot dogs - and I mean cold not room temperature. I asked if they could heat it for me and they refused to do so. I thought the free hotdog was an enticement to try it and potentially purchase more? I thought it was gross and would never purchase this item again. It would have taken them 30-60 seconds to heat this for me and they were not busy. 3. I got another coupon recently for a free bagel topper. The wording on the coupon was a little confusing for the staff at this location apparently. I thought it seemed that the topper would be free but I would have to purchase the bagel - the employees thought the whole bagel and topper were free but I needed to purchase a completely different item off the menu to get it for free, A manager got involved and told me that I was correct, I needed to purchase the bagel and the topper was free. Somehow I still got charged $3.00 though and this seems a bit pricy for 1 bagel but I was annoyed and just wanted to leave so I just paid. On the bright side, the nutty monkey topper was amazing and if it weren't so many calories I would eat this every day!
